Rikuto Koyanagi
Founder | 創業者
英国ロンドン生まれ。ニューヨーク大学留学を経て、北京大学（法学士）および早稲田大学（哲学士）の双学士号を取得後、京都大学大学院にて人間・環境学修士号取得（同ティーチング・アシスタント）。外資系法人向けコーチング、逐次通訳、字幕翻訳、教育コンサルティング（予備校顧問、全国模試作成、解説解説執筆）等、多様な実務経験を有する。学際的知見と実践に基づきINDARCプログラムを設計、L&Bartneck株式会社を創業。

Born in London, UK. Following studies at New York University, obtained Dual Bachelor's degrees in Law (Peking University) and Philosophy (Waseda University), and a Master's in Human & Environmental Studies (Kyoto University, former TA). Possesses diverse practical experience including corporate coaching for foreign firms, consecutive interpreting, subtitle translation, and educational consulting (prep school advising, national mock exam creation, and writing explanatory texts). Designed the INDARC program based on interdisciplinary knowledge and practical application, and founded L&Bartneck Inc.

Morten E. Jelby
Partner｜パートナー デンマーク出身。フランス高等師範学校（ENS, PSL）にて哲学博士号（Ph.D.）を取得。複数の修士号取得後、各種フェローシップを得て京都大学客員研究員を歴任。デンマーク、スペイン、フランス、日本での多様な研究・滞在経験で培われた国際感覚と、哲学研究に裏打ちされた深い洞察力・論理的思考が強み。INDARCプログラムでは、その学術的知見と言語運用能力を活かし、受講生の目標達成を理論的かつ実践的に支援する。
A native of Denmark, Morten earned his PhD in Philosophy from the Ecole Normale Supérieure (ENS, PSL) in Paris. After obtaining multiple master's degrees, he served as a visiting researcher at Kyoto University under various fellowships. He brings a global perspective, cultivated through research and living experiences in Denmark, Spain, France, and Japan, alongside deep insight and logical thinking honed by philosophical inquiry. Within the INDARC program, he utilizes his academic expertise and linguistic skills to provide theoretical and practical support, helping clients achieve their goals.
