Rikuto Koyanagi
Founder | 創業者
英国ロンドン生まれ。ニューヨーク大学留学を経て、北京大学（法学士）および早稲田大学（哲学士）の双学士号を取得後、京都大学大学院にて人間・環境学修士号取得（同ティーチング・アシスタント）。外資系法人向けコーチング、逐次通訳、字幕翻訳、教育コンサルティング（予備校顧問、全国模試作成、解説解説執筆）等、多様な実務経験を有する。学際的知見と実践に基づきINDARCプログラムを設計、L&Bartneck株式会社を創業。

Born in London, UK. Following studies at New York University, obtained Dual Bachelor's degrees in Law (Peking University) and Philosophy (Waseda University), and a Master's in Human & Environmental Studies (Kyoto University, former TA). Possesses diverse practical experience including corporate coaching for foreign firms, consecutive interpreting, subtitle translation, and educational consulting (prep school advising, national mock exam creation, and writing explanatory texts). Designed the INDARC program based on interdisciplinary knowledge and practical application, and founded L&Bartneck Inc.

Morten E. Jelby
Partner｜パートナー デンマーク出身、京都在住。哲学修士（パリ第一大学パンテオン・ソルボンヌ）、現象学修士（フランス社会科学高等研究院EHESS）。PSL研究大学等にて研究員として従事。文部科学省（MEXT）国費外国人留学生、キャノン財団フェローに選出。欧州の主要研究機関にて培われた精密な分析能力と論理的思考力、及び多言語（デンマーク語、英仏独伊西等）運用能力を活かし、言語・認知・哲学領域の研究に従事。学術的知見からINDARCプログラムを監督、そのアプローチの理論的妥当性の検証と強化を担当。プログラムの継続的な発展に貢献している。
From Denmark, currently residing in Kyoto. Mr. Morten holds Master's degrees in Philosophy from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and in Phenomenology from EHESS (School for Advanced Studies in the Social Sciences, France). His academic pursuits include serving as a Research Fellow at distinguished institutions such as PSL Research University, an endeavor supported by prestigious accolades including a MEXT Scholarship from the Japanese Government and a Canon Foundation Fellowship. Drawing upon precise analytical capabilities and rigorous logical thinking cultivated within Europe's leading research environments, he specializes in the fields of language, cognition, and philosophy. Mr. Morten applies these scholarly insights to the INDARC program by strengthening its theoretical foundations and validating its effectiveness, thereby contributing to its ongoing development.
